Picking up car very nice lady helped me get my car. The car obviously had not been cleaned very well the dash looked like it had been cleaned with a dirty rag. Also had stains all over the cloth seats .Reviewed 2022 Jun 12

I reserved a rental car at AVIS through KAYAK. Then had someone drive me an hour to find that they had no rental cars available. Could not find a rental from any agency within two hours of my location in central Texas. I ended up renting a 20 foot UHAUL truck for $300 plus another $100 in gas just to drive 6 hours away. Maybe I dont understand how reservations work, but this experience has not been great from KAYAK or AVIS. My recommendation would be to skip KAYAK then just call rental car companies from the location you are going. A reservation number from the rental company is almost always guaranteed. A reservation from KAYAK or some other 3rd party deal finder is not guaranteed. Good luck.Reviewed 2021 Jun 24

Pros:They had the car ready. Employees were very nice.Cons:Somewhat dirty. Didn't like all of the extra fees/taxes they charged. $40 more than what I was quoted.Reviewed 2016 Jul 05

Couldn't Rent A CarCons:Although they took my debit card to reserve the rental, they would not accept it when I went to pick up the car. This is despite a $3K limit on the card. Should have been informed when reserving the car!Reviewed 2016 Apr 06
