Pros:It was a quick in and out, both picking up and dropping off. The person I dealt with was very pleasant.Cons:The instructions on the documentation on how to complete the transaction when dropping off the car were inaccurate. It talked about a drop box, but there was none. It did not mention whether to leave the keys in the car or not.Reviewed 2017 Feb 23
