Pros:The staff was not helpful. They did not have the vehicle or a similar one available for my reservation. The clerk stated she wasn't sure about the seating capacity for the vehicle she tried to pawn off. I told her I must have seating for 7 as was reserved. We walked around the parking lot and she showed me that the vehicle I wanted was on a doughnut and they couldn't get it fixed until they had 5 flats to fix. I drove an hour to pick up this car. She offered a 12 passenger van that looked like a church bus or a Highlander with seating for 5. Neither was acceptable. She didn't care that I had already driven an hour to get the reserved vehicle. She stated they called and left a message, but the number they used was not the number on my confirmation and I never received it. She made no attempt to make the situation better or offer a remedy other than a car that was too small or a tank.Cons:The agent at the Killeen Airport was not courteous or helpful in any way. When I got upset, she seemed to think it was funny.Reviewed 2021 May 10

Pros:Car was fine when I finally got itCons:I booked 4 different reservations and was not able to receive a rental until 3 days after I made my first booking. I showed up after my flight landed and was told my reservation was canceled because they had no vehicles. How was I able to reserve one (4 different times) only to show up and not be able to get a car? Made my business trip start off extremely inconveniently.Reviewed 2021 Apr 04

Pros:Car was clean and up to standard.Cons:Customer service representative was too busy to give individual care. When she tried she gave policy information but not personalized care. Due to this I hesitate using or recommending Budget to my family or my company and friends.Reviewed 2019 Dec 23

A reservation that was not a reservationPros:Lockheed the vehicle.Cons:My reservation did not guarantee me a vehicle. Went to pick up location to find that no cars were available. Had to complete a second reservation and also call the location to confirm the availability of a car. Inconvenient and a waste of time and the loss of a day not having access to a vehicle. Bad customer service!Pros:Vehicle was nice and cleanCons:Sylvia the agent that helped us was extremely rude! She didn’t greet me when I walked up to the counter, and she kept working on her computer before helping me. Her overall demeanor was rude and unprofessional. Then she gave us a 5 seater car instead of 7. When I went back in to get the correct car she had said someone else gave her the keys. I would retrain or hire new employees that actually have customer service skills.Reviewed 2018 Sep 17

Small airport A+!Pros:We had missed a connection, so we came in on a later flight than planned. Realizing that the Killeen Texas airport may closing before we get there, I called the counter. They said, yes they may be closed by that time but assured me someone would be waiting. Sure enough they were, and he greeted me by name, since I was indeed their last customer.
