Never againPros:NothingCons:I reserved a mini van almost two months in advance. I show up at my scheduled pickup time after driving over an hour to get there. The person working the desk tells me they didn't have any mini vans available and they "upgraded" me to a large passenger van. I told him that wasn't acceptable. He told me that's all he had. I told him a phone call would have been nice. He just looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about. So glad I called early. It was a great way to start our vacation........never again.Reviewed 2016 Jun 18

ValuePros:We put 3000 miles touring the Southern Unites States. I think we filled up with 20.00 dollars each time it cost us very little.Cons:When we picked the car up the person did not explain how to drive the car s features. Where's the gas the trunk lock the lights etc. but the worst was the tolls we didn't know what to do on toll roads that bill the plate. We were franticly calling phone numbers for Avis.Reviewed 2016 May 04
