Despite our reservation, Avis did not have a car for us when we arrived. After a wait, the only vehicle they could rent us was a truck that was huge and awful to drive. It had no trunk for our luggage. It was extremely difficult to drive and park in cities, especially historic areas we were going to i Montreal and Quebec City. It was awful.Reviewed 2023 Aug 07

SUPERB service at this location. I even called middday to say thank you as the car, greeting and send off was so gracious. While it should not be a surprise, it was remarkable how Ishmail (not sure of the spelling) helped me to get my car and answered my questions. We even gave a Google review.
