Never got the car I booked tried to fob me off with a tesla. Poor staff, not interested in your needs. No desire to ever use hertz again, canceled and booked with budget, who were most accommodating.Reviewed 2023 May 11

I tried to extend my rental for an extra day, but after spending way over an hour on the phone with about 5 different people, nobody could help me so I was unable to keep it. It was very frustrating. I kept being told my rental had a hold on it and to call the pick-up location, but that location was closed on Sunday.Reviewed 2023 Feb 13

Verify your car carefully, take the picture around the car, show those crashes mark and ask the representative of Herz sign the paper. When I pick up my car at the parking myself, the SUV has 10% damage marks around the car. I took the pictures, back to the rental office and asked them to sign the paper.Reviewed 2023 Jan 05

Aucune indication claire pour la recharge électrique. J’ai payé les frais extra pour recharger quand je voulais sans avoir à payer ou ramener la voiture à pleine charge et dans plusieurs stations à recharge, ça m’a indiqué “fond insuffisant, impossible de charger” je n’ai rien compris et Hertz ne répondait pas au téléphone donc c’était hyper stressant. J’ai été dans un stationnement intérieur et payé 2h pour pouvoir la recharger. On ne m’avait aucunement expliqué même si j’ai dis que c’était la première fois que je conduisais une Tesla. De plus, j’avais l’impression d’avoir des pneus d’été tellement la voiture n’avait pas d’adhérence.Reviewed 2022 Dec 28

On nous a forcé à prendre des assurances en nous faisant peur. Personne pour le retour. Aucun contrôle. Pas reçu de mail pour l etat du véhicule comme convenu. Aucune nouvelle a ce jour du loueur.Reviewed 2022 Oct 17

No one at counter at 10:55pm. Couldn’t get car. We were not only party. Next morning we were told that they canceled reservation and had no cars available. Talked with hertz in person downtown Montreal. Same story, but added they were short staffed so they couldn’t help us. Thankfully found a car at another company for one way rental.Reviewed 2022 Sep 25
