When I arrived to pick up the car I was forced to wait over an hour for a car to be available. The entire waiting area at Thrifty/Hertz was packed with people sitting around waiting for their cars, as though it was a surprise that people showed up for their reservations. All of the other rental car counters were generally empty. Those companies moved their customers in and out. So it wasn’t just a busy day — those other companies were there in the same conditions.Reviewed 2024 Jul 03

Friendly staff, trying to give the best service, responsive to our requests, ... When one less trained colleague made a mistake, another made the necessary changes before closing the bill.Reviewed 2024 Mar 17
