The car was quite a bit older a lot of miles it had been smoked in just could’ve upgraded me to something a little nicer being that I paid almost $100 for one night other than that the workers were great.Reviewed 2023 Aug 01

They seemed to be understaffed upon arrival and were pretty slow at moving things forward. The car had an issue where the back windshield seemed to have been shattered and previously replaced. Pieces of glass would fall out each time I opened the back door. I told them this when I dropped the car off.Reviewed 2023 Jun 18

Paid $315 for 3 days of local rental. Seats were filthy/stained and it reeked terribly of cigarette smoke. Didn’t realize how badly until I turned on the A/C later that day. Definitely one of the poorest quality/poorly taken care of cars I’ve ever rented.Reviewed 2023 Jun 10

The line was an hour. I had a reservation and when I got to the ticket counter the woman said even though I had a reservation and confirmation number, I made my reservation late so I could not get a car and that they were out of cars when they were not.Reviewed 2023 May 18

The Budget reservation system was to slow. There was a line of a dozen people (only at Budget) who had to wait over an hour to get checked in. Everything else was great - the car, value, etc.Reviewed 2023 May 08

We picked up the vehicle at 10pm and returned it the following day at 8pm. They charged us a late fee because the paperwork showed 6am as the return time. The return time should be 24 hrs from when you picked it up. We were actually bringing it back early but the girl receiving the keys was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never rent from budget again.Reviewed 2023 Feb 16

The person checking us in to pick up our car was kinda rude. She blamed me for her cat allergy since I own a cat. Our car itself was stinky. It smelled like smoke on the inside and had some residual skunk smell on the exterior was a nearby car that had hit a skunk earlier that day. I asked to change cars but the gal insisted the skunk was on another car. We kept the car, (partly for feeling guilty about owning a cat?) The smell was annoying, but we got through it.
