Pros:Pick up was good. Drop off no one anywhere so had to leave keys in a box. Would have like a to be checked out and get a receipt.Cons:The tumbler when you turned the key stuck sometimes so you had to play with it to get it to turn. New Car strange!Reviewed 2020 May 30

Cons:Filled up tank prior to drop off, used at most .5 gallons of gasoline and was then charged for 2 gallons despite the “miles remaining” being 40 more than when I picked it up. Also, was told to either pay the deductible for my insurance or purchase $25 waiver not sure if this is a new thing or what.Reviewed 2019 Jan 24
