Pros:The staff was very friendly.Cons:However, the cleanliness of the vehicles were horrible. Our first car that the staff provided to us smelled like marijuana. You can tell that they did not air out the vehicle nor try to get rid of the smell whatsoever. The second vehicle was just as bad. There were dents and scratches all over. The inside of the car was dirty and poorly maintained. There were soda spills on the center console, no floor mats, the side panels were sticky, and most of all the windshield fluid was low so the car would beep annoyingly every 10 mins to let us know it’s low. The car did took us where we needed to be but I felt disgusted being in the car. I even wiped and cleaned the car down but I felt like it wasn’t enough. The staff was nice and friendly but the vehicles... didn’t do it justice.Reviewed 2021 Mar 16
