All personnel at pick up and drop off were very personable (patient, dedicated and respectful). However, at airport, counter was short staffed and it took an hour for me to get checked in and get vehicle. Car was great! At drop off, there was some issue refunding to my card so I had to use a second card. Not sure if that issue was with Enterprise or my card company. Enterprise outlet in Clovis (near Fresno, CA) did a wonderful job of accomodating our desire for a vehicle rental at a time when other rental options were not appealing. The rep at the dealership (Jose) was super polite, quickly got us the SUV we wanted and then kindly instructed us on how we could drop off the vehicle and keys in the early moring hours of our scheduled departure date. I was VERY pleased with the overall smooth transaction and the vehicle was great also!!Reviewed 2022 May 18

Despite I reserved a car in May, Enteprise Informed me upon my arrival in California in August that they had no car available. Stated they knew this shortly after I made the reservation but they couldn’t call me as I had an outside US phone number. I asked why an email wasn’t sent and they had no response. They refused to try and contact another Enterprise or do anything to correct the problem. Very arrogant manager at the counter and I would never count on Or go to Enterprise again.Reviewed 2021 Aug 15

The day before we were scheduled to pick up our vehicle Enterprise called and left a message that our vehicle was unavailable due to the one way travel request. We will no longer utilize enterprise for future rentals.Reviewed 2021 Jul 27
