I reserved an Economy car, I got an SUV, I paid over $26 more in fuel than I wanted. If they can't provide the car reserved they should not advertise they have one so I could have moved onto another company. Pros:The counter was closed prior to the scheduled closing time. We were unable to pick up our rental under this reservation and had to check nearby counters that were still open to try to find an available rental. The entire fiasco ended up costing us more than double the original reservation. How will we receive compensation for the unacceptable incompetence?Cons:You could have remained open until your scheduled closing time or at least until our scheduled pickup. We called ahead once the plane was on the ground and no one ever picked up despite it being 15 minutes prior to our reservation.Reviewed 2021 May 11

Cons:Our flight was delayed, the rental office was closed at the airport when we arrived at 1205am. No options but to wait there till 7am to get car. Spent $185 for a cab and hotel that wasn't in our travel plans or budget. No help or discount from budget rental!!!Reviewed 2021 Apr 07

Pros:The staff at the pick up location was friendly. But the staff at the drop off location was rude.Cons:I rented the car for only one day from Kansas City Airport to Cedar Rapids Airport on 8/30/2019. My rental was $97 and I also paid a pre-paid fee for gas of $35 making my total $133 in total. My account shows budget charged me $300 and an additional $11. Please I need my refund and this to be fixed.Reviewed 2019 Aug 31

Great ChoicePros:we had a great experience, asked for a mid level SUV and was given a Jeep Renegade. The vehicle as clean and everything we asked for.
