Confusing at first as it was serviced by the same people running hertz. We were waiting in the Dollar lane but no one would serve us or tell us we had to line up at hertz even through the front counter staff could clearly see us standing there. The first car we got was not great. The brakes needed to be serviced but we were lucky enough to be helped by the Springfield airport branch who gave us a new car (although it was a bit of a process- no fault of theirs)Reviewed 2023 Jun 08

A lot of silly fees. I would just like to know what it’s going to cost. I felt like I was reading a cell phone bill; there was six or seven lines of fees. I would appreciate an honest number much more. Otherwise the staff was great and the car was clean.Reviewed 2022 Aug 22

Car wasn’t clean, smelled of smoke and had over 30k miles on it. Additionally, the Dollar pickup counter was closed at pickup and I was sent to the Hertz counter. Upon return I was unable to locate Dollar car rental return lot. I had to call customer service to get an address only to find the signage badly faded, the booth unmanned, and no one to process the return of the vehicle. I took photos of the car and dropped the key into a drop box only to be then charged for an additional day because they said the car was returned two hours later than it actually was. In fact, I was boarding my flight in the terminal when they “say” the car was returned. NEVER AGAIN! I’m going back to dealing directly with the rental company and using only companies who actually staff their own counters/return lots. The “extra” day cost me $177! All because they can’t provide staff to process their own vehicle returns. BS.Reviewed 2022 May 21

Car was dirty, dented, scratched, and stained. Didn't have time to wait in line for a new car, so pointed out many of the various issues upon exit. I also didn't notice the dangerously low pressure in one of the tires until I pulled out on the highway. Then they had the nerve to charge my credit card $100 for a cleaning fee.
