The engine in my rental car needs service. The engine light came in and the engine stalled twice!! I couldn't get Sevastopol things done on my trip because I was afraid to drive the car and have it break down somewhere. I should get a discount for this!!Reviewed 2024 Mar 04

They did not have our car ready at the time it was reserved, and did not have an idea of when it would be ready. Therefore, we had to make alternate travel arrangements the same day, over the holidays, which was a huge issue.Reviewed 2022 Jan 03

Customer service was poor. I was charged for pick-up and drop-off at 2 different locations even after she confirmed with me I was dropping off at the same location. I will now have to dispute it. She didn't explain that even after my initial payment of $201, that my card would be charged another $261 for some reason and when I called customer service the next day, the guy explained that it was a deposit that wouldn't be charged after I return the car. However, the extra charge remains for inter-city drop-off. And, the person at the desk pointed out and told us to select a car from the "right" but if there weren't any to go to the "left" and when we got outside, there weren't any cars in the Compact area at all! So we just got in one! I still don't know if we chose correctly or if I am to be charged again! Not a choice I want to make with no help after a long day of traveling. We gave 3 days of cancellation notice because of SW airlines having there pilot problems and they kept $50.00 instead of refusing our full amount. It’s a bad policy and provides a bad service. I will never use Hertz again.Reviewed 2021 Oct 24

Contact Super Shuttle for your trip to/from airport to pick up vehicle. It's AWESOME! Also, if you don't rent your car from the airport, it's a whole lot less expensive. Like half as much!Reviewed 2021 Oct 20

Pros:Rental car was not available at location. I feel this was a scam/fraud. I am not able to get my money back. You should penalize vendors who take advantage of changing rental car location. My dad was sick in the hospital and this made it worse.Cons:Full refund and penalizing Priceline for their fraudulent practices.Reviewed 2021 Mar 18

Pros:Pick up was slightly difficult. The lady was nice though. Drop off was the most difficult thing. The car was dirty. I paid more to not get a Kia Rio and I got a Kia Rio. Waste of money and time.Reviewed 2021 Mar 14
