Getting from baggage claim to Payless terminal had to stand in long lines to get on the bus. The customer service agent was very nice and friendly. We ended up getting an electric car, but never told us about what charging stations we could use being not familiar with that type of electric car and where the charging stations were a big problem wasted a lot of time during our driving experience, trying to find chargers that would work.Reviewed 2024 Apr 20

Was serviced by Avis. Long checkout line, once in the car took 30 mins to get out of the rental lot. Declined additional protection, but was charged anyway. Gas tank was 1/3 full when I received the car.Reviewed 2024 Mar 06

The first thing they did was upgrade me without my permission, and I didn’t find out about the upgrade and the charges until checking the car back in. Secondly, they sent me to a car which was filthy – it hadn’t been washed/cleaned inside or out. And finally, I was just outside the gates of the rental car facility when I looked down and found that I had less than a half a tank of gas.
