Cons:Showed up after a 30 minute delayed flight, no one at the counter to assist. Actually have a clerk at the counter that can assist during later hours. Or, if you're going to partner with another rental agency and defer your customers to their desk, make sure that desk is staffed. Avis did and was able to match your rate and earn my future business.Reviewed 2020 Nov 12
