Cons:Showed up after a 30 minute delayed flight, no one at the counter to assist. Actually have a clerk at the counter that can assist during later hours. Or, if you're going to partner with another rental agency and defer your customers to their desk, make sure that desk is staffed. Pros:Staff was very friendly. Car was in great shape and had numerous bells and whistles that made the trip very enjoyable.Cons:Two issues - The pick up location needs better marking to locate the cars. Better signage and directions. Other issue is the deposit. Not disclosed on initial paperwork. A $200 hold on my credit card put serious financial strain on an otherwise simple process. What does the $200 signify? Not enough to cover any significant costs. So why have it? It just leaves the consumer with $200 less available credit for a trip.Reviewed 2019 Nov 11
