we spent all day going all over kansas city looking for a car that ended up being already rented. Was very frustrating and irritating. And in the end they made us feel like it was our fault. Never again will i try to rent from them.Reviewed 2023 Jul 31

If you get a 15 passenger Ford Van from Enterprise, you may want to have a step stool. Anyone who has slight mobility issues, will find entry/exit to the van a bit of a challenge without the extra step. No "running boards" on the van.Reviewed 2021 Nov 10

Charged Double for our car and was told they would call us after we left to fix it and it would be fixed before we dropped it off. Never got a call and was still charged the wrong amount at drop off.Reviewed 2021 Oct 11

Pros:The pick up was super simple, the person at the counter was friendly and efficient. Vehicle was waiting for us and the guy in the lot was great. Very friendly helped answer questions about the area and gave us some recommendations. Drop was also simple, they were crazy busy and didn’t miss a beat.Cons:The only thing I can think of is letting people know they need 3 forms of ID.Reviewed 2021 Jul 06
