The supplier choice is apparently an EV even though I didn’t select the EV option. They require you to bring the car back charged. For a one day rental to the airport, that is not realistic. I was also charged for gas, which I had stopped near the airport and filled up. I eventually got a credit but the whole thing was a hassle and didn’t leave me feeling good about renting from Budget in the future.Reviewed 2025 Apr 29

They did not have the car size I reserved but did give me a nice upgrade. The car was filthy and the gas tank was not filled. So I probably spent more on gas with the bigger vehicle due to a lower mileage rating but have to admit it was comfortable. Return was awful, they advertised online on their website that the office was open at 11:00 but the store the office was in did not open until 12:00 so I was stuck waiting an hour for the store to open to get access to the rental counter. When the attendant was questioned about that he said “well, I was here, take it up with the store”. And no, don’t ask, the drop box was inside the store too so that was not an option. If you were to ask if I would rent from Budget again, possibly, but not from this location.Reviewed 2024 Apr 29

everything was great, except for pick up. the service desk informed me that because my reservation was made for 2pm pick up time and I arrived at 110pm, the car was in the back of the lot and was not ready. I felt lucky to get the car at 139pm but it came only after being persistent.
