Cons:The pick up and drop off location are never staffed and I have to wait for the hotel staff to call a Budget person to drive over, even after I have a reservation at a specific time.Reviewed 2021 May 07

Pros:Car was clean and everything worked properly.Cons:We were offered an upgrade at no cost then when we brought the car back, that information was not entered into the computer so the counter person tied to charge us more until the manager came and remembered that he gave us a free upgrade.Reviewed 2020 Feb 01
