They forced me into buying full coverage package which was nearly triple the cost I was expecting. They did a relaxed inspection of the car when I picked up and a very thorough inspection when I dropped off, nitpicking things and adding them to their insurance claims which I don’t think I was responsible for. I’m glad I did have the full coverage in the end because I believe they would have charged me for an entire windshield replacement based off a small ding on it from a rock that could have been easily missed on the lazy first inspection. Otherwise car was fine considering the areas terrain and they were efficient, easy to talk to.Reviewed 2025 Jul 21
