Location in terminal and desk person excellent. Ease of pick up and drop off very good. Honda CRV—poor, difficult to find instrumentation. E.g., parking brake; plug for cell phone GPS; mirror adjustment control; gas cap. Drivers seat difficult to adjust for comfort and road visibility.Reviewed 2024 Feb 28

We decided to get the car a few days earlier and changed the reservation with the help of customer service of budget itself. We also recieved a confirmation with the new data. As we tried to pick up our car we had to learn that the budget shop will not honor our reservation and that they have no car for us. Fur sure we had a lot of trouble to reorganize our whole trip.Reviewed 2022 Sep 24

Pros:They never told me I could only do 1 month rental at a time. So that resulted in me being overcharged and spent 45 minutes on the phone to fix that. Next i have been on the phone with them 3 times so far because they have incorrectly over charged me by over $1000. It still isn’t fixed but I essentially was told to let them fix the first two mistakes and then call again to fix the rest of the over/double charges.Cons:BillingReviewed 2020 Sep 08

Pros:Staff was friendly. No wait to pick up car.Cons:Inside of car was not cleaned. Previous person who rented card spilled soda on console and door handle and left soda bottle in car. I had to clean the inside of the car.Reviewed 2019 May 14
