Location in terminal and desk person excellent. Ease of pick up and drop off very good. Honda CRV—poor, difficult to find instrumentation. We decided to get the car a few days earlier and changed the reservation with the help of customer service of budget itself. We also recieved a confirmation with the new data. As we tried to pick up our car we had to learn that the budget shop will not honor our reservation and that they have no car for us. Fur sure we had a lot of trouble to reorganize our whole trip.Reviewed 2022 Sept 24
