We went on a cruise and were picked up immediately by a shuttle that took us to pick up our car. The gentleman that picked us up helped with our bags and was friendly. Our reservation was suppose to be at 12 but we were able to get our car a few hours early. It was convenient, accommodating, the car was in nice condition, staff was friendly, and the price was very affordable. Will definitely be doing business with them again.Cons:

They have only 1 shuttle, we waited for 2 hours for a pickup. The office was closed and afterhours drop off instructions were confusing, complicated, and bizarre. The only available parking spot when we arrived was handicapped, which I parked in anyway, and by the time we left two more cars had pulled in with no place to park. Felt uncomfortable dropping the car keys into a mail chute but that was the instruction. It was all just weird.Budget

We waited for about an hour for a pickup at Port Canaveral. We watched as every other passenger that had disembarked the ship with us got picked up by multiple trips of all of the other rental car vendors' shuttle buses. Then it was just us Thrifty folks waiting in line and wondering if they would ever come. Repeated phone calls to the Thrifty office in Cape Canaveral went unanswered. Eventually we were picked up. But I will certainly never rent from Thrifty again at this location.Payless
