Pros:On Oct. 18 the Dollar agent couldn't scan my card. Asked to type in the number, he simply said, we don't do that. We can't rent you the car you reserved. The Enterprise agent six feet away, did scan my card and gave a polite explanation of why none of them could type in my number.Cons:Dollar could spend the money to train their agents better with regard to common courtesy if not professional decorum.Reviewed 2019 Oct 25

Pros:Car was great clean drove well.Cons:Customer service is terrible. I tried to extend my rental by one day according to my contract it was 14.85 and it took an hour of talking to people who obviously can't speak English very well to then connect me to the actual location who then tried to charge me a weekly rate for one day. A contract is a contract and regardless of the fact you printed something you don't like at this point it's still enforceable over your policy of whatever. To try and convince me to add know you to violate your contract and charge me $156 to extend for one day when my contract plainly said $14.85 a day is almost fraud. But then to have an employee tell me if I don't like it then bring the car back on time or pay means not only will I never rent with you again or suggest anyone does, but also that I'll refer it to the state attorney and the BBB. It's a disgrace for supposed p ET pole to want to extort money out if you by trying to enforce the very contract they are wanting to violate. Pathetic.Reviewed 2017 Aug 16
