Pros:The car drove well and was comfortableCons:I never actually talked to anyone from Enterprise as both pick up and drop off were handled by a representative at another company's desk. If I had known that, I could have used Budget or some other company and paid a cheaper rate. The car was absolutely filthy. Lots of dirt and bugs on the front grill, animal hair in the luggage area and stains on the back seat. I had to give some authors a ride to a book launch party and was embarrassed by the condition of the car. Drop off was confusing since I had never used that airport and expected someone to be available in the lot to look at the car and take the keys. In the airport, I went to the only desk with an attendant to complete the rental process and told her about the filthy, unsanitary condition of the car. She was unconcerned. My first (and last) bad experience with Enterprise.Reviewed 2021 Apr 25

Pros:The car was comfortable and easy to driveCons:Booked the car online, but when I arrived to pick my car up, the staff said there were no cars available. Had to wait over an hour for a car. The car also reeked of cigarette smoke. Vincent was friendly, but the rest of the staff was unfriendly and clearly didn’t care about the customers. Cons:Arrived to pick up the car and they “are out of cars”. Had reservation for over 10 days. No one tried to notify me that the car was unavailable. I was not offered an alternative and was not given any apology! Was simply told it’s the “virus” and there’s nothing they could do. I was 3rd in line for pickup that day and the people in front of me did not get rentals that day either. I will NEVER use Enterprise again!Reviewed 2020 Jun 29
