Pros:Drop off was quick and painless. I think we waited about 25 minutes for the van to be ready at the Newark airport when we went to pick it up. We had a Chrysler Pacifica van and it ran well, got over 25 mpg driving fast, and the AC worked good.Cons:On the downside, the third seat was elecric folding and it did not work properly. We had to manually push the cushions down to get a flat floor. For a long trip, the front seats in the Pacifica van are strictly mediocre, and the 2nd row seats are awful - like a padded jump seat. Too many gadgets. I will reserve final judgement on the billing for when we get the credit card statement.Reviewed 2021 May 19

Pros:The car was spacious, the pickup representative was very kind despite our delay, as a van (which was reserved and needed for moving space) wasn't at first available and we had to wait. The car ran nicely and was very clean.Cons:Transparency of cost. We just received our final charge and were surprised by a $150 cleaning fee, despite the car being perfectly clean upon returning it. This was not disclosed prior to our dropoff and really pushed the cost of this rental over the line for us financially. Had we known of so many surprise fees, we would not have booked at this cost.Reviewed 2021 Mar 01

Pros:The drop off was ok. Not the friendliest. I am extremely hard of hearing, and repeatedly asked the clerk to please slow her speech down. Never happened.Cons:I could have been given more of an explanation as to how and where to pick my car up. Also, the car smelled like marijuana (interior). It was an extremely uncomfortable car. Also, there was a dent and scratches, and these were never acknowledged.Reviewed 2021 Feb 19

Pros:Staff was rude. Manager was not, however and tried to satisfy my reservation, but ultimately was unable to.Cons:Misleading representation of type of car to be rented. I booked because an X3 BMW was promised and then when I went to pick up car was told that wasn't possible. Definitely a bait and switch tactic.Reviewed 2020 Dec 07

Pros:Both at pick up and drop off, the people I spoke with to help me were excellent, very polite and helpful.Cons:It would have been a time saver if I was told that the drop off at PBI was shared with Hertz Rental, there was no signage, since Covid I was told everything has been combined.Reviewed 2020 Nov 23
