Terrible experience. The Budget office location was moved and I was not notified. We had a 5 1/2 hour drive. We made a stop 30 + minutes into the drive. When we came out our car would not start. I called Budget for help and the first agent was not kind and helpful. The second agent tried to help but the solution offered had us waiting for an hour and a half for roadside assistance BEFORE being Ubered BACK to the original location to get a replacement car. I suggested that someone bring us a car instead. I was told it would be 5 HOURS until we would get a replacement. I was stranded with two children in another state without any viable options. Thankfully a Good Samaritan got the car started but suggested that we keep the car running until we got to the drop off location 5 hours away. We took turns at pit stops staying with the running car so we didn’t get stranded. Very uncomfortable situation having to let my children in the car alone or go into public bathrooms alone. We did not fill the tank before drop off for fear the car wouldn’t start. I’ll never go with Budget again.Reviewed 2023 Nov 23

The signs on the airport's internal roads directing to your facility were very poor. We got lost and made several circuits around the airport before finding you.Reviewed 2023 Sep 27

I ordered a compact car but when I arrived they gave me a huge car that I wasn’t comfortable driving. I told them I wanted a compact car because that was what I ordered but when I said that she said they didn’t have anything else so I had no other choice because I had to leave at 8 in order to make it to my destination. They put me in a very uncomfortable situation and that was not what I paid for annnd on top of that I had to pay double the gas price because it was such a big car and gas is incredibly expensive right now. All around a bad experience because I had no other choice after trekking all the way to the airport and couldn’t just turn around or get a different car.Reviewed 2022 Oct 14
