Pros:The line to pick up was very long. Then the only card I had was my debit cards. Even though I had a photo of my Mastercard they said they could not use it so I did not get to rent a car. Budget will take debit cards so I thought I would use Budget again, They were booked, which is why my son rented a car for me at Thrifty online using his card. Pros:The car.Cons:The attendant at the pickup site was very helpful within his limitations. He spent an inordinate amount of time calling the back office(from what I believe to be his personal cell phone) to get a confirmation code. The process took close to half an hour. My reservation was prepaid with the tax portion being the only residual so I do not recognize the need for that much time being taken to process this transaction. It seemed that there was no real advance preparation of the rental prior to my arrival. I do not fault the attendant, I fault the back office support. I expected better service.Reviewed 2019 Nov 18

Cons:The customer service ,when I asked for someone to check the car before I left the property and after the return they just said go ahead! As a disabled person with bronchitis I also had the car detailed myself cost me $24 dollars I have pictures and receipt to prove they tried to charge me $300!Reviewed 2019 Aug 13

Pros:The pick-up was a nightmare and I do not use that term often. Two people at the counter. Six customers in line for cars. It took one hour of waiting to serve six customers with reservations. They could not find the reservation even with my confirmed email in hand, then charged a higher priceCons:Three things. One training, Two more staff. Three upgrade that embarrassing computer system. No modern company uses such antiquated software. I even felt bad for the undertrained person tabbing slowly through the screens.
