Had to travel to an offsite location. Would not accept any form of payment besides a credit card. I only use debit cards. The staff was unfriendly and offered no options. Had to spend $50 to get back to the airport. Used Budget instead.10.0 Wonderful

They gave away our car. We got a deal through Kayak. I guess they did not want to honor the deal so they rented our car to someone else for twice the price. As a result I would never use Enterprise car rental or Kayak again!6.0 Okay

Pros:
Several employees at counter carried in personal conversations using curse words (unprofessional). First car had a flat tire, second car did not have full tank of gas. Enterprise off airport where I was suppose to pick up car had already closed so got car at airport. Was never informed the rate would be 300 plus dollars more per month.Cons:
With regards to reservation, should have been j formed I could turn car in next day and pick up original car offsite which was substantially lower in cost.4.8 Mediocre

Cons:
Enterprise switched the pickup location due to location construction but failed to notify me. I reserved a drop off location (anchorage airport) different than the pickup location but the lady at the pickup location then tried to charge me extra (over and above my reservation amount) to drop off at the airport which was shown on my reservation.. I ignored her "upcharge threats" and dropped off per my reservation details anyway. I will not rent from Enterprise in Anchorage again, it was not a pleasant experience8.0 Very good

Drop off was easy, staff working that day was professional.Cons:
Pick up staff was uninterested in every part of transaction. Original rental vehicle offered was unacceptable, only option they would offer is an up-sale to the next size (more money for enterprise). That vehicle interior was dirty which I could not believe in our current COVID environment however that was the only thing available. Staff could care less as long as I drove away and they could move on to next customer.Dollar

Nothing stood out as being noticeably good. They were short staffed which had the one front desk worker a little stressed. He wasn't the friendliest, but then again neither am I when I'm stressed. Be sure to read the fine print before booking. There's a $500 mandatory hold if you use a debit card to pay. Also, there's a charge per day for additional drivers. If you're from out of state, they require to see your plane tickets confirming your return flight. And if you do not take their insurance option, you have to show them proof of your own personal car insurance and it has to be full coverage. Also, don't be like me and not check to see if this location is at the airport before booking. This location is not the one at the airport and it'll be about a $15 cab/uber ride to get there.Cons:

If you cannot prove personal collision coverage, they mandated at least their minimal insurance package. Did not see anything about this when making the reservation. In looking at the fine print, this insurance provides a MAX of $1000 coverage for a cost of $30/day. It just seemed excessive in my opinion.8.0 Very good

There is a huge disconnect between the website used to rent the car and local store policies. Nowhere on my confirmation did it state that I needed to present proof of insurance at the time of pickup. The local store required proof of insurance including my declarations, forcing me to buy insurance!8.8 Very good
