Great experience overall. I had a difficult time finding the shuttle from the airport and ended up paying my own taxi, however, I think that was because I couldn’t follow the signs! Will rent with them again on a return trip.Reviewed 2023 Jan 22

Excellent servicePros:Target rent a car was very helpful when we realized the insurance didnt get put on when we booked online. They were able to accommodate us even though we were on another side of the island. We couldn't find their office so they sent someone to us.Reviewed 2017 Feb 25

First car rental in Puerto RicoPros:Economy (Target) was professional - I was a little apprehensive renting from a company in Puerto Rico but the staff of Target worked hard to meet my needs. Car was nice, clean and my experience was Great!Cons:Actual rental facility was not on airport property and I had to take a shuttle to get my car. Rental facility was not far from the airport. Also had to call for the shuttle to pick me up. Make sure you have a copy of your Declaration of yourReviewed 2016 Nov 30
