Pros:NothingCons:The staff at the Punta Cana airport were horrible. They didn’t wanted to give me a car just because I didn’t paid much for my reservation online they only had cars if I was willing to pay more than 250$ US. Pros:NothingCons:It is a total rip off. Our confirmation stated that we would not have to pay anything else. They added over $250 to the agreed total. We spoke to their customer service desk and got no where. The first day they gave us an economy car when we prepaid for a mid suv. NO credit there. Car was filthy.Reviewed 2019 Jan 20

Hidden feesCons:It's hard to explain, because I didn't really understand it myself. But I'll try: I book a car that was $101 for five days. When I got there the total price ended up being over $550.00. Apparently theres an insurance and other fees that are not mentioned when booking that is required to rent a car. They photo copy your ID, passport, and credit Card too. After it was all said and done. I choose not to rent the car and was charged a $50 no show fee.Reviewed 2018 Aug 24

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYPros:The person I handed the car back to was great - very helpful and friendlyCons:Basically: the price you are quoted doesn't include insurance. Insurance is around $120 extra. You will pay more to reduce the insurance excess from $2000 dollars to $800 - which you should absolutely do considering how crazy driving on the island is.Reviewed 2017 Apr 17
