This was an absolute horrible experience. I booked the car and the cost was $598. I arrived at the rental car facility and they said they no longer had that car available and they could give him an upgraded car for $1100 and that I had no other options. I tried to reach out to kayak. But you have no way of getting ahold of anyone. I will never be booking with kayak ever again. You are a 3rd party who does not care about the experience. You are not willing to do anything to make sure the experience goes smoothly. Horrible experience with Kayak and EUROPCAR.Reviewed 2023 Dec 01
