I got there and they did not have the type I reserved available. Tried to upsell me at almost double the cost. Would up getting down to $20 more for a car size that was bigger than I needed. Felt like a bait and switchReviewed 2023 Nov 09

The rudest manager I’ve ever witnessed. Liar employees that called to confirm my reservation the day before and when I got there my car was not there. The manager said I have no control over this when I asked who has control he said I’m the manager but I can’t control anything here and sent me away. He didn’t care and was making fun of another customer who wanted to pay cash with another employee right in front me. That store either needs to close down or the whole team needs to change because it’s ruining enterprise reputation. I would never rent from enterprise again because time is gold and I waisted 2 hours of my time that day driving to OC from LA. Bad business very bad!!!!!Reviewed 2023 Oct 26

Cons:Honestly I really like Enterprise and the one in Anaheim on Harbor... hands down best customer service! The guys are so friendly to all customers from what I saw while waiting. They make it as easy for you to be in and out without wasting your time or theirs. I will most likely only be using enterprise for car rentals whenever needed. I will reccomend them to everyone!Reviewed 2020 Jul 25

Reservation but no car availCons:I made my reservation and when I checked to make sure my car was ready at 10am I was told no cars until around 4pm unless I wanted to take a 15 passenger van. I then made reservations thru Alamo and picked up my car around 11:30 am and it only had 800 miles on it. I was very pleased with Alamo but displeased with Enterprise. First time Enterprise did not have a car ready for me.Reviewed 2017 Mar 22

Neil Rutkowski - California RentalPros:The counter service was great. The car itself was great.Cons:I booked this rental at <$100 total estimated and it was close to $400. I was put in a larger vehicle not because I requested it, but I was led to believe they were doing me a favor. I was issued an external GPS but the care was also equipped with GPS. I was told the drop-off fee to another location would be waived. I'm not sure it was. I really feel like I got upcharged under high pressure situations (raining coming into LAX) and tight time leaving SNA. If someone could review this rental, I'd be most appreciative.
