Pros:The staff was friendly, the car was clean and roomy. Pick up and drop off was easy.Cons:We were only able to drive the car for the airport, one day while we had it and back to the airport. The key fob wouldn’t work. And it took us a couple of days to find someone who carried the battery. So we had to pay for that also.Reviewed 2020 Aug 02

Pros:The two young men at Enterprise and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport were extremely polite, knowledgeable about the type of vehicle we needed, and very helpful and solicitous re any questions or concerns we had. Especially important considering that we were going to be driving on snowy and possibly icy roads. The Kia Sorento with full time AWD and available 4WD was perfect.
