Staff so friendly and accommodating. Upgraded to a beautiful full size SUV at a very fair rate. Car was not fully cleaned (lfood crumbs under the back seat). But overall good experience.Reviewed 2023 Aug 13

I reserved a seven seater SUV two months in advance I get to the airport and they let go our vehicle and had nothing to fit my family we had to go to a different rental company and Get two cars to accommodate us. We were staying two hours from the airport we had to come back the next day to get the seven seater. We lost a whole day of vacation for this inconvenience.Reviewed 2022 Jan 02

We always reserve with Enterprise to begin with on a trip. Our reservation was done through Priceline. Due to changes in Southwest's air schedule, we had to push back our itinerary a day. Enterprise could not guarantee a car for us, so we booked a back-up reservation with Budget, again through Priceline. When we got to the airport, we checked with Enterprise first, and found out that moving the reservation back one day doubled the price, so we went with Budget. The fellow at the Manchester, NH airport (11pm on 9/17/21) did an excellent job working with us, but could not overcome what was in the computer.Reviewed 2021 Sep 29

Pick up was slow due to only one agent working for three brands at one time (and a late flight arrival). Nobody's fault on this. Agent was VERY pleasant and VERY helpful. No complaints there. Card scanner and signature screen systems need some work - agent had trouble with their reliability.Reviewed 2021 Sep 26

Pros:The staff was friendly, the car was clean and roomy. Pick up and drop off was easy.Cons:We were only able to drive the car for the airport, one day while we had it and back to the airport. The key fob wouldn’t work. And it took us a couple of days to find someone who carried the battery. So we had to pay for that also.Reviewed 2020 Aug 02
