Pros:Staff was great and easy was at both pickup and drop offCons:Would have liked to have been able to extend my use I would have liked to but the contract at the national number indicated it wouldn’t be possible at the current rate. I needed it for another month as my stay is extended. I then had to find a competitor which I hope is as good as Alamo.Reviewed 2020 Oct 10

Pros:Car was ok. Acted like they gave me an upgrade. Was the only car they had.Cons:I was charged for additional insurance. They made it seem like it was the insurance I already paid for. Then there was no one around to check in when I arrived. Talked to someone on the phone. Then they tried to charge me for another day.Reviewed 2020 Sep 21

Pros:The staff was awful. They charged me for things I paid for when I pre paid. Gave me a hard time getting the car and dropping it off. I had to complain and write letters etc to finally get that money back.Reviewed 2020 Jul 22
