The day before my planned vacation they called and left a message that they cancelled my reservation because they had no minivans available. And then wishes me a good day. I had reserved the car four months earlier. There was no remorse, no we are sorry, no offer for an alternative. The last time I try to rent from hertz.Reviewed 2023 Aug 04

**Important to note this location is about a 10 min drive from the airport. ** But it was one of the best experiences I've had renting a car thanks to Semir. He had the car ready for me, had taken photos of the car and emailed them to me (saving me time), and was super friendly. Great experience!Reviewed 2022 Aug 28

Hertz desk was unattended when I arrived, though every other rental car company’s desk was open. There was a sign to proceed to the garage. When I got there there was one man attending the booth and several people waiting. The process took about 40 minutes, an excessive amount of time in my opinion. Also, I had tried to call the Hertz office at the airport several times earlier in the day (4 times as I recall) and no one ever picked up.Reviewed 2022 Aug 14
