Didn’t get to rent a car because the people told me over the phone that I had to use the card. When I got there, they told me I had to use a credit card and that I also couldn’t rent it because I was a resident of Nashville and this was at the Nashville airport. You guys charge me $16 to cancel my trip, after I wasted an hour, making it to the airport. Sorry but, your customer service is terrible, the people on the phone lead me into a dead end, and I’ll never use the service again, especially after you guys stole my money and my time from me. I had somewhere to be, and the guy at the front desk said there’s a place in Charlotte Pike after I had gotten a ride there to the airport with no time left to need a ride. My day was ruined. I was never able to get a car from them. I paid for a car rental and about an hour before I was scheduled to pick it up, they called and told me they didn’t have any cars today. I asked “do any other locations?” They said “you can call around.” I asked if they could do that for me so they told me they’d transfer my call. Then they hung up on me. I tried to get a rental from another location. The same thing happened there. “No cars today.” I called the corporate line. I was told that someone would be reaching out to me from a third location either by phone or by email. I didn’t hear from anyone. I called back to ask to cancel any reservation I had with them. That at least was easy. However, I had paid for insurance through Kayak and now I have to email another party to get a refund for the insurance I paid on the car I never got.Reviewed 2024 Mar 27
