Pros:Staff was a delight early Monday morning when I came to pick up a vehicle for a long ride North. Additionally when explaining the purpose of my rental Herman Patton, not only attentively listened but, was helpful in guiding me to a vehicle that better suited my needs. His advice has proved to provide to me a safer, more economical , and appropriate rental choice. So much so that I have just extended the rental for another week. Thanks again to all 4 of the staff, and I wish to reassert my opinion if it will help settle the issue of whether the agent claiming it was her 50th birthday was being truthful - doesn't look a day over 35.Reviewed 2020 Oct 20
