Pros: I never got the car! They canceled and called when I was already on the plane. They called and told me an hour before we were going to pick it up. I want my money back.
Cons: If you don’t have cars available... don’t sell them. Or tell them sooner and not an hour before pickup.

Pros: Nothing! Not helpful at all. We showed up a little late due to the tornado warnings and even though the manager was there, he said he didn't have a car for us! We had to Uber to our destination which cost us approximately $200! I would not recommend this rental location!
Pros: The person who helped me was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely rent from that hertz location on my next visit.
Pros: Although the initial pick-up experience and vehicle was terrible, and not inline with my prior experiences with Hertz the Nashville Airport location was awesome in rectifying the situation. They apologized my bad experience, upgraded the class of my rental and exchanged the cars seamlessly.
Cons: Pick up experience was unprofessional, waited for an hour. For most of the time in line employee walked in an out of the office as I stood without acknowledging me or other customers to inform us of delay. After about 45 minutes some said I was the third person because there were others in the car lot being served. No other customer service windows were open. I received a car that was quickly washed of on the outside and not dried off, it wreaked of smoke, had lots of damage and dings on the exterior. I had to ask them to dry it off so that I the walk through would show existing damages to protect myself. Once I drove of the lot, the service light illuminated and there was something wrong with the tire or axle because once I got on the freeway, there was rattling noise and shaking of the car. Ugh! The easiest part of my experience was calling to get a replacement and I was able to go to the airport location to get a replacement vehicle.
Cons: They gave my car away and I didn’t have a car. After Ubering to their pick up location and finding out they gave my car away I had to Uber to the airport to use Budget. Terrible experience. Never going to Hertz again!
Cons: When I picked up car, it wreaked of cigarette smoke. After traveling for a day, a friend noticed that the undercarriage cover was dragging on the ground. After an hour of trying to get someone from hertz to talk to handle this (during the business hours of the day), I finally drove to the nearest airport hertz to exchange the vehicle. This took 3-4 hours. It seems hertz staff hate their jobs because each one at both locations seemed miserable.

Cons: As I was landing, I got a phone call from Hertz location that they do not have a car for me available any more. I confirmed the reservation and prepaid 2 times before I left for my trip. I called customer service and was on the phone for 55 minutes to be told that no one can get ahold of this location and they don’t know why I am calling because my reservation was still active and I should go to location to get the car. I asked if they could give me any car from any location, including airport location, I was told no car was available in Nashville area. I went to Hertz website while talking to customer service and searched for car, they were offering 10 cars at that moment. I went to the hertz counter and explained what happened and they gave me a car and even though I prepaid they charged me for difference . I was told I need to return the car to the location where I originally made reservation, and I did last night, no one was at that place, no drop box for key, no sign on the door giving any instructions . I tried to call customer service, 4 times , I was placed on hold and transferred, so I went to airport leaving the car there with key inside , and because I stayed there for so long trying to call and walk around building , I MISSED MY FLIGHT! I called hertz and I was told the system is being updated to call back later. Btw I was not only customer there, she had same issue and missed her flight.
