I would not rent from hertz in this airport. For the most part ( one young man was helpful ) staff was at best indifferent. The time it took standing in line and paperwork was ridiculous.One poor man at the pickup was trying to deal with a roomful of people who had been given the wrong type of vehicle. Hours posted on website and when you call the corporate offices were incorrect so I had to pick up my car a day late. There was then no compensation for this missed day and they wouldn’t even allow me to then drop it off a day late in return. The pick up process was so slow (I was there for almost and hour) and none of the employees seemed to care about the efficiency while three of us were waiting.Reviewed 2023 Aug 19

Arrived at the airport at 8pm. There wasn’t anyone manning the rental desk there. Proceeded to the rental garage where the only people working were in the Gold Club Kiosk. When we entered nobody greeted us and after a few minutes when I spoke up first thing asked was “Are you a Gold member?” Then when I shared I wasn’t they ignored me for another few minutes. Finally another Hertz employee stepped up and assisted us. He was very courteous, professional and apologetic about the delay. So overall a mixed bag.Reviewed 2023 Jul 09

As I set in car I was not comfortable at all.. and so I went back and ask if I can get another one as I m not comfortable driving that…like same size but different one they said no..n I had to drive that.. while driving car it was shaking a lot..and i dint had any company with me so what if anything goes wrong…sorry but bad experienceReviewed 2023 Jun 28
