Turned out that I rented a car that was too small for all the luggage that we had and they gave me a free upgrade although it wasn’t clean but that was OK. Drop off they had someone help us with our luggage and we were able to get to the airport with their shuttle right away. He was very helpful and friendly.Reviewed 2025 Apr 26

Shuttle from the airport to Europcar and back was ok. The car was dirty and full of sand inside, the tires were pretty flat from the start. You have to take your own video walking around the car detecting issues before you leave.Reviewed 2025 Apr 23

Everything was great until I had to go back to my home state.
