Pros:I booked the car through kayak, and after waiting 30 minutes, they told me that the car, which was to be ~700, was going to be 1100 because they were going to give me a RARE upgrade. I told them I didn't want an upgrade that I had to pay for. I wanted what I paid for. So, after 20 more minutes, the guy I was dealing with went in the back and didn't come out. Some other guy came out and ultimately helped me. Also, I explicitly told them I did NOT want satellite radio. When I got the bill, it included a $35 fee for the satellite radio. Also, they gave the car bone empty. The fuel light came on 2 miles after I drove out of the parking lot. The car itself (A Ford Fusion) was great. The process to get it was very poor. Btw - It was a Hertz rental facility.Cons:Pickup was NOT good. ~50 minutes to get the car. Plus the bait and switch, satellite radio fiasco and followed up with no gas in the car.
