Great and quick service at pick up and drop off, great car. But many hidden costs of insurance: with the booking, the insurance was not included, so I had to organise this again, separately, And with the pickup, extra insurance appeared necessary. Extra costs at the final bill too (2 times 4 hours) without explanation.Reviewed 2023 Jan 30

The office closes at 6pm but my flight arrived at midnight... I had to pay $260 for a taxi. Customer service? "our office is currently closed, please call back during out business hours". Awful!Reviewed 2021 Sep 04

Cons:Rental was for 08:00 am, but the car was not ready until 09:00. Was told they do not have the staff and he could not tell me when the car would be ready. Once the car was delivered, still had trash in the back from prior rental.Reviewed 2020 Dec 07

Pros:The staff was great, the service was excellent - easy pick up and drop-off (and the woman staffing the desk remembered me three days later!). I found the entire experience to be easy and understandable (where to go, what to do, etc.) from beginning to end.Cons:The car wasn't all that great. It was safe, it was functional, and it was most definitely clean. However, I would have preferred something a little more comfortable and modern, even at my small-car/low-level need.Reviewed 2020 Oct 13
