Pros:
I was left stranded with no vehicle. I made the reservation for the airport pick up, but find out it was for the downtown location. Turns out the downtown location was closed on the day of the pick up. How can Enterprise rent a car when they're not even open. Ended up having to take a Lyft to my destination two hours away.Cons:

Due to extenuating circumstances (flight was delayed by 1.5hrs) they let me cancel reservation.Cons:
Pick up was impossible, not actually at the airport Enterprise location, would have had to uber to the site. The rental location was only open until 6pm! Due to a flight delay, did not get there in time for rental. The reservation is NON transferrable (can't move your reservation to another location), NON changeable (can't go the next day), NOT cancellable (except in circumstance above). The rental fee for an airport location is only $10-20 more per week.10.0 Wonderful

I made a reservation online to pick-up a car the same day. I showed up with about 20 minutes before they closed, only to be informed that there were two cars left in their inventory and they only had two reservations in their computer. The problem was that there were three people waiting with confirmed reservations in the lobby and none of us were the two reservations listed in his computer. When I asked 'if one of the reservations in the system did not show up in the next 15 minutes could I have the remaining car?', he said he was leaving in 15 minutes, so it didn't matter. Overall, a very frustrating experience that left us without a car when we really needed one. All parts of this process failed, from the reservation to the customer service.Avis

Lucas at the Double Tree in Denver was very helpful and understanding after my flight was delayed. Was able to recover some of the pricing since I did not meet my reservation time. 4 of 5 stars, would use again.Cons:
The only issue I had was with my airline, not Avis. Heads up: Just get the vehicle at the airport. I tried to save the $70 handling fee for airport pickup and drop off, and paid nearly that cost just for the ride to my hotel 45 mins away. Hindsight is 20/20, use the airport.6.4 Okay

Not offer bookings for a store that is going to close before you can get the rental. Booked a car 15 min before they closed and couldn't get to the rental office in time. Called Avis and they wouldn't stay open for me. Experience sucked2.0 Poor
