1. Terminal to Budget: bus steps too high for older people. Easy to carry a portable step to aid customers. 2. Nobody there to ask rudimentary questions (how to open the lift gate, how to control the mirrors). A lot of guess work & looking in the manual before even leaving the place.Reviewed 2026 Sept 13

Bait and switch for Budget car pick deal. Only car available was electric, had to pay $183 for gas car. Electric doesn't work when driving though CO, WY, SD.Reviewed 2026 Aug 26

Standing in line for well over an hour wasn't a pleasant experience...once we got to the counter it went smoothly. The return was smooth. The facility itself was very dated.Reviewed 2026 Jul 14

Waited over 30 minutes for transportation from the airport to the rental office before we decided to take an Uber! Long lines, long wait times, unhelpful agent, poor communication, dirty car (even after a quick rinse they call a car wash), no up-to-date charging port in the vehicle…. Probably one of the worst experiences in recent times.Reviewed 2026 Jan 22

They rented cars they didn't have. Forced dozens of renters (including me) to wait for 2-3 hours to get checked in and get their cars because they were waiting for returned cars to get cleaned and ready to go. Gave totally lame excuses for the delay. Even FastBreak customers were having to wait in line for cars. It is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for a car rental company to be completely blind to how many cars they will have at any given time and rent more cars than they have available. I AM NEVER RENTING FROM BUDGET AGAIN!Reviewed 2025 Dec 31

We had to wait for three hours to pick up our rental vehicle because the line was too long. We had no control over the situation, and they were not sympathetic about it.Reviewed 2025 Dec 29

A pre-paid rental that we waited nearly two hours in line to pick up. That put us well after midnight getting out of there with 2 small children and an unwashed car.Reviewed 2025 Oct 17

The man who I checked out with at the counter urged me to purchase the gas through them and insisted my route would take a full tank, which is absolutely did not. I only had a 3 hour drive total but the man insisted he does the drive all the time. He also insisted I have them take care of the tolls and said it would be cheaper through them. He said that there would be 6 tolls round trip, but the toll signs said “fees waved” the whole time, and also the most I saw was $1.25. I felt the man rushed me and even I kept asking for clarity, he kept insisting that buying through them was going to save me money. I definitely felt he was only a salesman and not a customer service employee. I felt disappointed the whole trip that I even trusted him and next time I will never pay a car rental place to take care of anything extra for me.Reviewed 2025 Aug 19
