The car was malfunctioning and we brought it to Alamo rental at the airport but they didn’t help at all. We were forced to park the car and leave it at our families. Location was short on vehicles. Employees were working hard to keep wait to a minimum, even giving free upgrades if category reserved wasn't available. Shuttle bus driver was exceptional also - loading all bags so customers could get to the counter quickly and safely.
