The best part was the rental agent - M. was super helpful and he helped secure a car for me last minute with the best deal. Don’t expect the nicest cars - they are fairly used but the price is generally worth the value.Reviewed 2025 Oct 02

Was not given a full size vehicle despite booking full size. Vehicle had a warning light on after picking up and I was told my only option was to spend 6 hours driving back through Denver traffic to return for a new rental car. New rental car was even smaller than the original car I was provided with. I was also charged a fee for fuel at $8.99 per gallon even though I returned the car full!Reviewed 2024 Aug 27

Shuttle times were unacceptable. Had to wait 25-30 minutes each way for a shuttle. The guy at the ticket counter spent way too much time and effort trying to up-sell add-on charges.Reviewed 2024 Aug 26

Thos company is a bait and switch company. Very displeased. I rented a mid sized suv and paid in full when reserved. When I showed up they said I only paid for a compact suv. No, it was very clear what I rented. I had to pay more than double again to get what I wanted when I picked it up. I paid over 300 dollars when I reserved my car, when I picked it up it was almost another 500 dollars extra. I will never rent from this company again. I will never recommend this company. I will talk bad about this company to anyone looking torrent from fox rentals. Do not use them for anything. You've Been warned.Reviewed 2024 Apr 14

First, they said that the reservation I made had been cancelled due that I needed to pick up the car at noon. Even do I showed them the reservation where it showed clearly that I had to pick it up at 630pm. Second, because of what I explained earlier the person at the counter gave me a much higher rate than the one I reserved online. When I complained they told me they had no more cars at the rate I had reserved initially. It seems this company is not what you expect and for some reason, they want to charge a different rate than what the client gets online. The person at the counter next to me had the same issue and was upset. Therefore, I would NOT recommend renting from this company.Reviewed 2024 Apr 01

They overcharged me - basically a bait and switch. Lots of Google reviews say the same thing, and I am sad I didn't listen. I thought paying online would alleviate that since everything is booked and paid off, but I was wrong.Reviewed 2024 Mar 17

I got a confirmation number from kayak. Then I went to Fox, stood in line for 45 minutes, only to be told they had a shortage of cars and would not be accepting same day reservations.Reviewed 2024 Jan 23

I was charged a lot more than quoted. The office wasn't wheelchair accessible so I had to get out of the chair which was very painful. The agent was so unfriendly and unhelpful and did the opposite of help us. I wouldn't book with Fox again unless I get a partial refund - which I have requested.Reviewed 2023 Dec 12
