This is a tradeoff of cost for convenience. The airport shuttle was timely and easy to find, but my plane landed early and I was stuck waiting a long time for a car to become available. The lines for car pickup were long (I believe I stood in line for over an hour) and the teller seemed very abrupt (probably overworked and underpaid) particularly when I refused to be upsold on model or insurance. The car itself felt a little on the older side, but was perfectly serviceable and did what I needed.Reviewed 2023 Sep 28

Never again this rental company FOX. Hidden fees have multiplied the costs. We had for example to pay 200 USD for the return in Salt Lake City alone (which was never said when booking). Waited in line for an hour and a half to get to the counter. Then waited almost 2 hours to receive my vehicle. Returned vehicle and when I got home noticed a charge , which I declined at the desk, on my credit card for $81.73. Was told it was for a fleet pass for tolls, which is what I declined at the counter. Called customer service and spoke to a representative and a supervisor, which advised me that I signed for the charge. So the charge I declined was signed for by me, at the instruction of the attendant wrongfully. I was told it would be 14 days for them to investigate of I had gone through any tolls. I advised the supervisor that I declined that charge, and was told that “well you signed for it”. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any rental company and will not be using them again. I filed a complaint against the associate and hopefully will receive a refund, but from what I experienced, it will be a surprise if I do.Reviewed 2023 Aug 28

Experience was awful. Warehouse type setting,dark,dingy. Long lines and a very long wait. Vehicle was supposed to be ready at 10 am and roughly 1 pm we were told our vehicle wasn’t ready and if we’d like to upgrade they would get us one for about 350.00$ extra.
