Pros:Car was fine. Drove well no issues.Cons:Employee at the rental counter was borderline harassing with the rental experience. She was very rude, when performing the car inspection before leaving she was so insulting to me & my wife that my wife had to walk away. She repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking saying it was company policy to perform things a certain way. She was so smug and rude, then refused to provide her name & when I asked for her supervisor she gave me the phone number to her own desk. I’ve rented cars in over a dozen countries & I’ve never had anyone treat me that way. It really spoiled the beginning of our anniversary trip.Reviewed 2019 Nov 18

what you would expectPros:efficient check in & out. good gas milieage.Cons:Be sure to check wuth your insurance company about liability coverage. I thought I was covered anywhere but I called and was told that I am only covered in US & Canada so I bought the liability. Your credit card will cover the collision.Reviewed 2018 Mar 14

Pros:Car was fineCons:You need to straighten out insurance. I thought I had bought insurance only to arrive at the counter and be told that my insurance was no good with Payless and I had to buy it from them. They claim to know nothing about what I had already bought. Is this some kind of scam.?Reviewed 2017 Jan 18
