The lady that was there May 25, 2019 in the evening was very rude. After treating us poorly she began by yelling at me for not cooperating. She had already sold our pre-contracted cars to people earlier in the day. Anyone in a position to let her go should. She is chasing business away!Cons:

I did not like that when I left my jacket in the car, my email about it was not answered, and when I went back to ask about it, they looked in the back room and said it was not there, and I must have left it somewhere else. I did not. It wasn't a great jacket, but things got pretty chilly when I returned to winter in the US without it.8.0 Very good

Pros:
We liked that the drivers seat was on the left side of the car, which is good for us (from the US) b/c it made driving on the left side of the road in Grand Cayman, BWI, less confusing. Car was roomy and comfortable and the rental car depot is close to the airport.Thrifty

Rear view mirror on first car was so loose it would not stay adjusted. Replacement car had worn and mismatched tires, One tire was very low and needed inflation. Dashboard tire inflation warning stayed on for entire rental period causing repeated checks of tire psi. Wind shield wipers were old and ineffective on both cars.10.0 Wonderful

Yes, it was a cheap rental. But the car was in very poor condition. Rental car had close to 50,000 miles and pre-existing damage all over, and had that nasty used car smell. Employee at the rental counter was borderline harassing with the rental experience. She was very rude, when performing the car inspection before leaving she was so insulting to me & my wife that my wife had to walk away. She repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking saying it was company policy to perform things a certain way. She was so smug and rude, then refused to provide her name & when I asked for her supervisor she gave me the phone number to her own desk. I’ve rented cars in over a dozen countries & I’ve never had anyone treat me that way. It really spoiled the beginning of our anniversary trip.8.0 Very good

Car not clean, old, tires worn, front fender held on by screws had to push back in place after hitting bumps. Was extended here due to storm in the North East US. They wanted to charge an additional $125/day. Close to the cost of one week rental. I asked if I could return and re-rent fo 2 days at dado rate they for 256 I could. Returned and rented fro ANDY’S for daily rate of 39$4.8 Mediocre

When fan belt failed, they brought me a replacement within 3 hours. (Although Spare tire in replacement had zero pressure!). Quick drop off Saturday morning.Cons:

The office was pretty much deserted when I picked up and dropped off, so I had their full attention. That said, very polite and pleasant, a near-new minivan that was very comfortable for four adults plus gear. I would definitely recommend.10.0 Wonderful
