Over 20 minutes to check in when I'm the only one there with 2 representatives working on it. Added insurance and additional driver on check in with a printout copy of $528.00. Upon checkout they tried to charge me over $1000.00 and took another 1/2 hour to resolve.Reviewed 2023 Apr 25

We booked a car rental to be picked up at 9pm. The info we were sent said the rental place was open till 11. They actually closed at 7pm the girl said so we had to take a cab to our hotel then back to the rental place the next day to pick up the car. Pros:NothingCons:Being more understanding with personal issues and offer solutions, I’ve never use the car because my flight was changed and I wanted modified the pick up date and was not possible so I pay without using the service.Reviewed 2019 Aug 16

Pros:Nothing. There is no one thing which I likes.Cons:They ripped me off. Overcharged. Used our poor language, threatened us, made us sign paper without explanation under pressure. They said ALL THIS HAS TO BE ON CONTRACT. BY later in their email they said it wasn't necessary. We pay over $600 more. The Allianz insurance wasn't legit for their policy.Reviewed 2019 Mar 20
