Cons: No..airport busy
Pros: Drop off and pick up was super easy. The car was brand new, clean, and had every feature I wanted.
Cons: Would love to be able to communicate with customer support over the phone but instead you can only speak with a robot. Good luck getting to speak with anyone if you have questions or issues.
Pros: The pickup/drop off location person (Marc) was very nice and did what he could to help but his hands were tied by the company limiting what he was able to do.
Cons: The first car we got had mechanical issues and we had to return it 10 minutes after leaving the shop. The second vehicle we got had major mechanical issues. We had to drive 30 minutes back to the shop. The third vehicle we got was a sedan not an SUV which is what we requested when making the reservation. I have lodged a complaint with customer service and have asked for a full credit. We spent a total of 4.5 hours going back and forth trying to get into a safe, working vehicle. We lost an entire day of travel and did not end up with an SUV which was challenging for some of the places we visited. We were not able to go to certain places in the sedan because those locations required four wheel drive to access. Overall it was not a good experience. A car rental company of this caliber should have properly working and safe vehicles for their customers. The individual locations should be able to offer more customer service and better solutions for their clients. Sixt is over-priced for what they claim to offer and I hope that customer service will recognized the failures. The vehicles were unsafe which put us at risk and our vacation plans were significantly altered due to not having four whell drive. Very disappointing.

Cons: Didn't know I needed to put a $200 deposit down until right before I was leaving. Other than that, all was GREAT!

Cons: My confirmation and reservation clearly stated unlimited mileage but when I arrived the counter said it absolutely was not and informed me that i could not leave the State

Cons: Any and all restrictions need to be disclosed on the website at booking. Especially if there are geographical restrictions.
Cons: The staff was rude and not helpful at all. We booked the van to travel from Arizona to Idaho for a family reunion which we told them when we picked it up. After we got the van and were on our way, we read through the contract which noted that Idaho was out of the regional area that the vehicle was allowed to travel in. We tried and tried to get a hold of somebody at Sixt. No one answered the phone, and we waited on hold for over an hour. We emailed them and did not get any response for more than 24 hours. And the response did not at all address our concerns. We ended up leaving the van at a friends house and taking a different vehicle on up to Idaho for our reunion. It was a huge inconvenience! I will never, ever rent from Sixt again!

Pros: fast, right down the road, and the people there were super nice.
Cons: the car was dirty. the additional charges were confusing.
Pros: Bay and Katherine at the Scottsdale Sixt location were extremely friendly and helpful plus had taken on many extra duties due to the coronavirus pandemic. Despite this their service was still excellent and the office and car were thoroughly clean and sanitised.
Cons: The charge to return to a different location should be waived at this time as travel plans are heavily affected.
Pros: I will never rent from them again.
