If you are going to mandate a mask policy you should provide mask for those who either don't have one or left theirs at home. Having to go find a mask somewhere in order to enter your establishment is very inconvenient!2.0 Poor

We prepaid for a van, to be picked by up at 10 am. We were delayed & got there at 11am no van or any vechicle was available...we sat until 1:30 pm until a minivan became available. The minivan was very satisfactory, all was excellent from then on.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
The staff accused me of incurring damages on the car when I dropped it off. The damages were existing slight scratches that I didn't even notice when I picked the car. They reported it as an accident to my insurance and forced me to file a claim against them. Besides the extra stress of potentially running late to my flight after 30 min of arguing with them, I had to deal with follow up and an "accident" on my record. I will never rent from them again.Cons:
If they are going to hold me accountable for minor scratches, they should provide a small card at check in that allows me to record existing damages or otherwise sign off that there was no existing scratches.10.0 Wonderful

There was no gas in the car. So i had to wait for the staff to take the car to the gas station. Also they were trying to charge by the hour instead of by the day. So they were trying to charge me more than what was promised when i booked online. And even though i dropped the car off at night the clock is still ticking until noon today. I was directed to take a taxi (45 minutes) to an off-site location at my expense, due to a Kayak reservation error, per Enterprise. No vehicles were available at IAH airport as reserved and Enterprise stated that it was a ongoing third party (Kayak) reservation issue. Rented from Alamo (on-site) with no additional unforeseen issues!Avis

The Avis location that DID have a car was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.Cons:
The Avis location where I was supposed to pick up my car claimed to have tried to call me to say no car was available but there was no record on my phone to back it up. I had to go to another location to get a car and the original price was no longer valid. I paid 33% more than expected.6.0 Okay

Finally a guaranteed reservation! Either I've had a string of bad luck but whenever I rent a minivan I never get what I ask for even when I make a reservation in a month's advance. This time I received my choice and with no delays. Check in and out service was painless and professional.Cons:
Too good to be true when I received the bill. I was quoted and guaranteed a rate of $75 but when I returned the vehicle I noticed I was charged $91. Some bogus maintenance fee I was hit with which I eventually got reimbursed on but my experience would've been exceptional until I received the bill. Overall I was still satisfied.1.9 Poor

Wasn't able to pick up my car the day I had signed up for it. Price ended up increasing dramatically. Also, signed up for insurance level that I needed, when wife picked up car pushed insurance package on her that ended up doubling the price of the rental.10.0 Wonderful
