Cons: "Service was terrible, crew was rude. Flight was delayed 2 hours leaving Tel Aviv and my luggage was not here when we arrived. They let us wait two hours for luggage before telling us it wasn't going to make it in. Frustrated and disappointed! Ground security in Turkey was rude and took my sons skate board which we had flown to Israel with and back to turkey, then they told us it couldn't come with us to miami although we flew Turkish both directions with no problem. In the end gate staff went and rescued his skate board from security as he got to the flight crying his little eyes out. Communication was terrible and staff was rude!"

Cons: "Flying to Tel Aviv (I missed my chance to review), my tray table was broken and the USB wouldn't charge on any of the televisions."

Pros: "The lost my 1 checked bag of luggage somewhere between tel aviv-istanbul-frankfurt!! Filed a report at Frankfurt Airport but it was filled with all my essentials and some valuables and the airport staff didnt seem to concerned in helping me.... To clarify, my experience through Kayak has been fine! However this whole ordeal has left a very sour taste in my mouth...i still dont have my luggage. They couldnt track it l yet....maybe you can help or forward this message to the appropriate authority. It is extremely important to me :/ Thanks, I still like kayak :) -addam rhodes"

Pros: "When we were unable to travel due to Corona Virus restrictions, Ethiopian gave us a full refund even though we had a non-refundable ticket, and they were lovely about it when they did it. A+, hope I'll get a chance to actually fly with them soon."

Cons: "The plane is old, tatty and dirty. There is no entertainment. The airport transfer is very very shoddy."

Cons: "Felt a bit like cattle because boarding was in a tight space and there was a lot of confusion as to who should stand where. Not sure why there were different zones for boarding because they didn't matter."
Pros: "The crew was okay, though a little bit occupied and thus ignoring some of the customers' requests. The seats are comfortable and spacious with enough leg room"

Cons: "flight was cancelled and i only got to know it after traveling first leg of the tip - then got rerouted for next 36 hrs. Now acceptable for both KAYAK and ET Airline"
Pros: "The flight from Newark to Abidjan was pretty comfortable and smooth"
Cons: "Once in Abidjan, it became a mess. First we were left waiting for over an hour without any explanation. Then we were told that we had to retrieve our baggage and then recheck them. Hardly anyone spoke English so that was a long and confusing ordeal."
Cons: "We are stuck at the airport because Ethiopian Airlines sent out false and miseading update stating that it’s flight was leaving at 6 PM as opposed to the scheduled 7:30 AM. Because of that no one showed up for the flight and there are no direct flights tomorrow that they would put us on! My father recently had a heart attack and this is causing him immense suffering! Additionally patient with emergencies are waiting to see my husband tomorrow and Tuesday but will not be able to because he stuck at the airport! They are refusing to put us on an airline us direct flight tomorrow! Also we have spent at least seven hours on the phone and misleading (and that’s to put it kindly) statements have been told."

Cons: "spent 19+ hrs in the airport in Addis Abeba, when I was supposed to be transferred to a hotel, needless to say, the airport at night is not the best place a woman would like to spend her time."

Cons: "Checking in was poor. The booking didn't reflect in jhb or in two Aviv. Special meal was requested and not provided."
Cons: "we booked this flight because it was the shortest. However, we received an email a few days ago saying that the flight on the way back changed and the layover has increased from 2h to almost 7h! this is very upsetting since Im pregnant and the bring such a ling time at the Addis airport really ruined my flight experience"
